Booking Conditions

Payment

• For online booking of hotel packages, payment is made with debit/credit card at the time of booking.
• For online booking of hotel rooms, a debit/credit card is required as a guarantee for the booking. No money is charged, payment is made upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• Room and breakfast booking: Any cancellations must be made no later than 10:00 AM the day before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges.
• Package bookings: Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. After that, a refund will only be given against a medical certificate.
  No refund will be given without a valid certificate.
• Event packages: Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. After that, a refund will only be given against a medical certificate.

• Special cancellation rules apply during weeks 23-35, these cancellation rules can be found in your booking confirmation.

The above applies to groups of up to nine people, please contact us regarding rules for larger groups. We reserve the right to change prices. Note! Different rules apply for conference bookings and larger groups. For conference bookings, we follow Visita's cancellation rules. These are stated in your quote/confirmation.

Force Majeure

Significant restrictions in deliveries or circumstances beyond the hotel's control entitle us to terminate the agreement without liability to pay damages. (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).
